  About us

This site is an extension of the main site for the Shari’ah Academy of America. It has been created exclusively to serve the face to face educational seminar wing of the SAA.

Public Seminars

Students can freely attend these seminars without submitting any formal documents to the academy. Students are not required to take final exams for these seminars. Once students decide whish field of study they would like to pursue they can then freely attend the appropriate course for their chosen subject. Or example, a professional involved in Islamic transactions, such as a trader or dealer, seeking to be knowledgeable of the Islamic law of the types of transactions related to his field of expertise may wish to take these seminars for the purpose of gaining the desired knowledge. Another example might include someone with the need to gains knowledge of Islamic family law, such as a marital counselor or a family law attorney who needs to access these seminars to gain the requisite knowledge to handle cases that involve Muslim families.

 Academic Seminars

Students who have successfully completed these course can have their credit hours registered in their academic record. These students may continue to pursue further study at the academy towards completing the required credit hours to obtain their personal objective, whether that objective is completing a certain course of study or obtaining a certain number of credit hours or another academically related purpose.
