Students must comply with all the policies and procedures
mentioned below. We pray to Allah that all our effort be
crowned with success and that our teaching and learning of
religious knowledge help pave a way to pleasing Allah and
entering his paradise. |
- All students are welcome to register for the
religious seminars, provided they are familiar
with the language in which the seminars are
presented.
- Students who want these seminars credited to
their academic record need to contact
administrative officials.
- The enrollment fee for the course is $100 for
each student and $75 for each additional family
member. This includes tuition as well as meals.
- Both male and female students should observe
Islamic etiquette in their manners and in their
dress code.
- Registering officials should be given the
correct name recorded on the students’ identity
cards along with a copy of their ID
- Tuition fees are to be paid prior to the
beginning of the course. As for those students
with extenuating financial circumstances, they
should consult the financial offices of the
academy.
- Fees can be paid via the website or directly
to the administrators mentioned on the site, by
cash or check
- Registration fees are refundable with a 10%
discount for administration costs.
- Students must pass the final exam in order to
get the course completion certificate.
- Students who fail or have not taken the final
examination will receive a letter as proof of
participation in the course.
- Students who have successfully completed the
course will have their credit hours registered in
their academic record. These credit hours can be
used in the event that he student enrolls in a
regular academic course of studies within three
years of completing the course.
